The Lion in Winter tells the story of a King Henry II of England ,his Queen, Eleanor of Aquitaine and their three sons, all of whom want to be King. He wants the kingdom to stay united after his death, but all three sons want to rule. The King favors the youngest John , while the Queen favors the eldest-Richard the Lion Hearted, while the middle son Geoffrey hopes to play both ends against each other and come out on top. Uneasy is the head on which the crown lies, and uneasy the truce between a matchless king and queen who will stop at nothing to get what they want. Made into hit film starring Peter O'Toole and Katherine Hepburn, Lion in Winter puts the "dis" into dysfunctional family.

Lion in Winter stars James K. Flynn as Henry. Polly Adkins as Eleanor. The supporting cast includes Bryon J. Miller, Matt Kenyon, Ian Easterbrook, Justin Younts and Poppy Pritchett.
