Little Theatre of Mechanicsburg will present the hilarious holiday comedy, Christmas Belles, opening December 5 with an after show reception and runs through December 14. This play by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten, the authors who scripted The Golden Girls, focuses on a church Christmas program, the Futrelle sisters and their families, and the townspeople who participate. You will enjoy Santa, Elvis, Rudolph, hot flashes, kidney stones, a mother overdue with twins and more complications than you can imagine. The result will be non-stop laughter.

The show begins with a visit to Boo Koo BoKay, the local flower shop located in the train station. Most of the show takes place in and around the Tabernacle of the Lamb church in Fayro, Texas. Christmas is just around the corner, and the events leading up to the celebration are legendary. All seats are $15.

Michael Hillegas is the director of this show with support from Producer, Kathie Spacht and Stage Manager, Mary Bowerman. Featured in the cast are Linda Draper, Kathie Spacht, Ron Nason, Paul Henry, Jennifer Stine, Amanda Stine, Jason Berenstein, Karen Saltsgiver, Jeanette Consagra and Alice Kirkland.
