On Monday, May 22 at 7pm, the Broadway at Birdland concert series presented legendary Broadway and television stars Anita Gillette and Penny Fuller on the historic stage in Sin Twisters, Too. BroadwayWorld has photos from the concert below!

Two Broadway legends, Penny Fuller, recently in the highly acclaimed Broadway revival of Sunday in the Park with George, and Anita Gillette, fresh from the TV series, "Chicago Med," stormed the stage of Birdland with a reprise of their hilarious and touching duo show, Sin Twisters, Too, regaling the packed house with more adventures of the Golden Age of Broadway (both were Sally Bowles in the original production of Cabaret), as well as riffs on LA, London, film, TV, motherhood, love, loss and friendship. These two cherished icons of Broadway and Hollywood have often been mistaken for each other (although one is 3 inches taller and the other a redhead.), and Sin Twisters, Too celebrated the similarities and the surprising differences of these two remarkable artists and women in zesty story and harmonious song.

The show was directed by Barry Kleinbort, with musical direction by Paul Greenwood and Ritt Henn on bass.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series takes place every week at Birdland, located at 315 West 44 Street, in the heart of Manhattan's Theater District. Coming up: On Monday, May 29, singer/actress/impressionist Christina Bianco will perform in concert. Please visit www.BirdlandJazz.com for details.
