On last night's LAST WEEK TONIGHT on HBO, host John Oliver slammed Trump's statements regarding the violent attacks which took place in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend during a gathering of white nationalists. Later, as nuclear tensions continue to escalate between the United States and North Korea, John Oliver enlists "Weird Al" Yankovic to perform some accordion-based diplomacy. Watch the videos below!

Presenting a satirical look at the week in news, politics and current events, as well as addressing broader issues, the Emmy®-winning LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER continues its current season last night. The show is also available on HBONOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and affiliate portals. The show is the only weekly news-oriented comedy series to be presented on Sunday night. Taped in New York a few hours before it debuts on HBO, the show features a mix of Oliver's topical commentary, pre-taped pieces and occasional guests.
