The concert film/music documentary MADE IN AMERICA features Jay-Z, Janelle Monae, Pearl Jam, Run DMC, Skrillex, and Kanye West. The film will hit theaters on July 11 and will be available on demand on July 22. The documentary comes from Phase 4 Films and is directed by Ron Howard. Check out the trailer below!

Made in America will celebrate "both the unifying power of music and the American Dream." The documentary will contain performances and interviews from musicians from a diverse mix of genres from Rock to Hip-Hop to Pop as they describe what drives them to perform and share their music with the world.

While the hardships and struggles that some of the artists have faced the trailer primarily focuses on the musicians' enthusiasm as they prepare to share a stage full of superstars. Jay-Z, the curator and headliner of the inaugural Made In America Festival in 2012, headlines the documentary as well though several other performers will make appearances.

Along with his Oscar winning film A Beautiful Mind and the more recent Rush, Howard's directing credits also include Apollo 13 and Frost/Nixon. He has a proven track record with bringing big moments in American popular culture to the big screen.
