The three-time Emmy® award-winning, THE DR. OZ SHOW kicks off July with all-new, must-see theme weeks including must-know "Health Secrets Week" and "Detox Week." After 1,000 episodes in six seasons, Dr. Oz has culled together all his best tips and expert advice to cleanse and revitalize your body to get you looking and feeling your absolute best this summer.

Starting off the month, Dr. Oz unveils his best kept Health Secrets in an all new theme week. Kicking off the week Dr. Oz shares money saving secrets retailers do not want you to know about. Also, is someone keeping a health secret from you? Dr. Oz shows you how to help. Then, he divulges the organizing formulas to transform your life and your health. Plus, Dr. Ruth shares her secrets to a long life, good health and even better sex. To finish out the week, Dr. Oz reveals the celebrity summer health secrets that really work for them and will work for you too.

Also in July, Dr. Oz hosts "Detox Week" with shows focusing on detoxing all areas of your life from your mind and to your wallet. Dr. Oz kicks off "Detox Week" with the easy summer cleanse anyone can do and offers tips to get women back into their swimsuits in time for swimsuit season. Plus, Dr. Oz shares the ultimate debt detox, showing you when to spend and when to save. Then, The Chew's Daphne Oz and Michael Simon share their affordable detox food recommendations customized for your body type. "Detox Week" culminates with the exhaustion breakthrough all women need to know about.

Additional shows in July include ways to enjoy red meat in moderation, heart health tips that could save your life, meditation for a better night's sleep and a diet plan that will get you the leanest body you've ever had.

July Sweeps Kick Off Week Shows:
Thursday, July 2: What would you do if you were placed in an uncomfortable health situation? Dr. Oz puts John Quinones of the hit TV show What Would You Do? in the hot seat to tackle health related scenarios. Next, Dr. Oz breaks down recent headlines warning consumers about eating red meat. Tune in for his guide on how to still enjoy red meat in moderation. Then, could you have heart disease and not know it? Dr. Oz introduces an incredible new blood test that can help determine if you need to be treated and how aggressively. Also, Dr. Oz invites hair specialist Nikki Walton to the show for a special edition of Hair ER. Together, they will tackle audience questions and provide tips and solutions for better hair care.

Friday, July 3: Dr. Oz welcomes Lauren Scruggs Kennedy, a young model whose life was changed forever after a traumatic plane accident. Lauren shares how her misfortune allowed her to find what truly makes us beautiful. Next, need an energy boost? The answer may be in the colors of the rainbow! Tune in as Dr. Oz invites Dr. Ginger Southall to the show to introduce the Rainbow Juice Cleanse. Then, looking for ways to get better sleep? Dr. Oz suggests meditating before bed and provides tips to achieve better sleep. Also, Dr. Oz sits down with a woman whose husband murdered her kids to talk about living with grief and overcoming tragedy.

Next, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks stops by the show to talk about protecting your health during troubling times. Find out how she survived a personal crisis. Then, learn how to use power protein to plan for the leanest body you've ever had and tips on how you can melt your muffin top away. Then, actor, producer, and director Stanley Tucci joins Dr. Oz to share how you can eat a hearty Italian meal while staying gluten and dairy-free.

Tuesday, July 7: Is someone close to you keeping a health secret from you? Dr. Oz helps you spot the warning signs and advises you on how to confront this problem head-on. Next, Dr. Oz brings to light the FDA issues with and warnings for over-the-counter acne medications. Later, do you find your heart pounding and palms sweating when you get in an elevator? Dr. Oz unveils the origins behind elevator phobias and how to calm yourself when faced with this fear.

Wednesday, July 8: Dr. Oz shows you how being organized in the right ways can transform your life and health dramatically. Next, step into the Truth Tube as Dr. Oz answers all of your questions about artificial sweeteners and whether they need to be eliminated from your diet altogether. Later, Dr. Oz invites Armenian-American Iron Chef, restaurateur, television personality and author Geoffrey Sakarian who reveals the essentials for the perfect pantry - and all for under $10.

Thursday, July 9: Dr. Oz welcomes sex therapist and an internationally recognized media personality Dr. Ruth Westheimer who reveals her secrets to a long life, good health and good sex. Next, Dr. Oz reveals the warning signs of a stroke and whether you could save your own life when faced by this deadly situation. Later, Dr. Oz takes a trip to the Truth Tube where he explores dairy sensitivity and reveals the Dairy Sensitivity Plan.

Friday, July 10: All New: Today, Dr. Oz reveals the celebrity summer health secrets that actually work with impressive results. Next, Dr. Oz delves into the power of prayer and holistic measures with the Prayer Doctor. Later, have you ever found yourself waking up in the middle of the night? Dr. Oz introduces comedic actress Annabelle Gurwitch and her explanation of those who have joined the 4am wake up club. Then, Dr. Oz shows you how to monitor your own blood pressure and the importance of doing so.
