In September, Sprout extended television's longest active growth streak of total day delivery among Women 18-49 with its record 23rd consecutive month of year-over-year gains.

"This quarter alone, we've debuted multiple series and conducted a search for a new Sunny Side Up Show host, giving us tremendous momentum heading into the last quarter of 2013," said Sandy Wax, President of Sprout. "We are proud to own the longest active growth streak of nearly two full years, and we see that as a testament to our strong program lineup and our continued commitment to co-viewing."

Sprout original series The Chica Show premiered its second season in late July with a 38 percent increase (108k from 78k) with kids 2-5, from its program lead-in. The Chica Show also saw a 17 percent increase in total audience from the second quarter, and was the most viewed character page on SproutOnline.com during the third quarter. Sarah & Duck debuted on Sprout in August, and averaged 94,000 viewers among kids 2-5, which was a 10 percent increase from the previous six week time period average.

On Sept. 2, Zou made its U.S. premiere on Sprout and became the highest rated series among women 18-49 ranking second among all Sprout programs in households. Zou has been delivering double-digit increases in households (+12 percent), kids 2-5 (+23 percent) and women 18-49 (+17 percent) compared to the prior six week time period average.

Sprout has also been growing its online presence across all social platforms reaching nearly 345,000 users. Sprout surpassed 4.5 million total video views on its YouTube platform in September. Driven by Sprout's Host Hunt Search, The Sprout channel on YouTube generated nearly 2.3 million new video views during the third quarter and averaged 1.1k monthly new subscribers, up 48 percent from second quarter.
