A special Monday preview of THE GOOD PLACE (2.3/8 in 18-49, 8.1 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Generates strong sampling -- NBC's highest in-season ratings in the slot in 18-49 and total viewers since Dec. 14, 2015 (3.0 in 18-49, 11.3 million viewers with the "Voice 9" finale).

Outrates last season's two similar post-"Voice" comedy previews, even topping the very strong preview hour of "Superstore" that followed a "Voice" lead-in last Nov. 30 (1.8 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers from 10-11 p.m.).

Wins the 10 p.m. hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in every key demographic.

In 18-49, matches NBC's best comedy premiere since the first regularly-scheduled episodes of "Go On" and "The New Normal" on Sept. 11, 2012 (3.4/2.5), equaling over that span "Marry Me" (2.3 on Oct. 14, 2014).

In total viewers, scored NBC's best comedy debut since "About a Boy's" regularly-scheduled premiere on Feb. 25, 2014 (8.085 million viewers).

"The Voice" (3.3/11 in 18-49, 12.0 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET): Grows +14% versus its Aug. 21 preview (which benefited from an Olympic lead-in [4.1 in 18-49, 17.0 million viewers overall], 3.3 vs. 2.9) and is up +16% in total viewers (11.996 million vs. 10.340 million).

Soars +50% above where it closed last season in 18-49 (3.3 vs. 2.2 for the spring finale on May 24) and is up +13% in total viewers (11.996 million vs. 10.594 million).

Scores the show's highest rating since Feb. 29 in 18-49 (3.4) and biggest overall viewership since March 14 (12.5 million).

Wins the time period in every key measure.

Retains 94% of its year-ago debut in 18-49 (3.3 vs. 3.5 on Sept. 21, 2015) and 97% in total viewers (11.996 million vs. 12.371 million)

Beats last night's edition of "Dancing With the Stars" by a +94% margin in 18-49 (3.3 vs. 1.7) and even prevails in total viewers (11.996 million vs. 10.340 million).

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - last season, Monday's "Voice" grew by +24% going from L+SD to L+7 in 18-49 rating (from a 2.81 to a 3.49) and 2.0 million viewers overall (11.5 million to 13.5 million).

Upscale: Last season, Monday's "Voice" delivered a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 119 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3).

On Sunday night, "The Voice" won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Competition Program for a third time.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night: Jimmy Fallon has scored his best Monday "Tonight" rating in five months in metered-market households (2.8), highest for a Monday "Tonight Show" since April 4 (2.9).

With guest Hillary Clinton, Terry Crews and musical guest Ariana Grande, the Sept. 19 edition of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," also delivered its highest Monday adult 18-49 rating in the local people meters in four months, since May 2 (0.9), and equaled its best Monday in the demo in seven months (since Feb. 15, 1.0).

Note that the Thursday, Sept. 15 "Tonight Show" featuring guests Donald Trump, Norm Macdonald and musical guest Kiiara, averaged a 2.6 rating in households and a 0.7 in 18-49 in the local people meters.

In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.8/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.1/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/5.
In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.5/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2.

Season-to-date ratings are "most current" - "live plus seven day" except for the two most recent weeks, which are "live plus same day."
