Silva Screen Records presents Magic City - SONGS AND SCORE FROM THE SERIES, a 2 CD set featuring a fabulous collection of songs from the era plus Daniel Luppi's dreamy original score.

Miami 1959 - the Miramar Playa Hotel is the place to be as the Kennedys, The Mob and the CIA hold court. Owner Ike Evans has sold his soul to finance his dream and his world is threatening to implode

This lavish series Starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Danny Huston recreates perfectly this magical period of US history and its success for the Starz channel has led to a second series due for Transmission in 2013.

The action plays out to a fabulous collection of songs from the era with ten of the most outstanding tracks gathered here alongside Patti Austin's revisiting of Tenderly, in her role as Ella Fitzgerald.

Daniel Luppi scored a top 20 hit album in the US with Grammy Award winning producer Danger Mouse for their spaghetti western inspired release Rome.
