Seven Bucks Productions Announces Partnership With Media Conglomerate AMI & Mr. Olympia, LLC

Seven Bucks Productions, co-founded by Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia, today announced a long-term production and promotional partnership with Mr. Olympia, LLC, a division of American Media Inc. (AMI). The partnership is backed by a mission to highlight the passion and grandeur of the Mr. Olympia Weekend, the premier event in the sport of bodybuilding and one of the largest fitness expos in the country. Seven Bucks Productions will work with Mr. Olympia, LLC to develop, produce and promote groundbreaking programs and products designed to entertain and captivate audiences along the road to the 2016 Mr. Olympia Weekend, taking place in Las Vegas from September 15-18.

The partnership marks a first for the production company that produces film and TV projects including HBO's Ballers, the documentary film Rock and a Hard Place, and the upcoming Baywatch movie. Both Ms. Garcia and Mr. Johnson have passionate ties to the fitness industry and look forward to utilizing this new collaboration with Mr. Olympia, LLC to help grow awareness for the industry and the sport of bodybuilding's marquee event, the 2016 Mr. Olympia. Ms. Garcia, in addition to being a successful businesswoman and producer is also one of the country's top female professional bodybuilders. Mr. Johnson was recently named "Man of the Century" by Muscle & Fitness and shares his passion for fitness and exercise daily with his more than 104 million followers on his combined social platforms.
