Speaking with the Associated Press this week, Sarah Jessica Parker once again stirred up rumors that a third SEX AND THE CITY film may be in the future.

The actress, who portrayed author Carrie Bradshaw in the hit TV series and again in two feature length films, revealed that she and her cast mates would be up for reprising their roles one more time. "I don't think any of us have said no," Parker told the Press Association. "I don't know whether it's a series or the movie." She continued, "I think that remains an open question and discussion that will continue until it's been resolved. I think that's always a possibility, definitely."

Parker starred in SEX AND THE CITY alongside Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon. The series aired on HBO from 1998 to 2004. The four women reprised their roles for the Sex and the City movie in 2008 and a sequel in 2012. The actress recently returned to the cable network to star in the new comedy DIVORCE, opposite Thomas Haden Church. The series follows a couple whose marriage is slowly breaking down.

Parker has appeared on Broadway in the 1996 revival of ONCE UPON A MATTRESS. Her other Broadway credits include HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS, THE HEIDI CHRONICLES and ANNIE.
