The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that PARENTHOOD's Sarah Ramos will guest star on the series finale of ABC's Private Practice on Jan. 22.

Shonda Rhimes' Grey's Anatomy spin-off, starring Kate Walsh, which has run for six seasons, will conclude with the episode entitled "In Which We Say Goodbye." In the episode, Ramos will play a patient of Violet's.

Addison Forbes-Montgomery (Walsh) will also walk down the aisle with Jake Reilly (Benjamin Bratt).

Ramos character on Parenthood moved away to college this season, allowing the actress to pursue other projects while still returning occasionally. She has also appeared on AMERICAN DREAMS and leant her voice to ROBOT CHICKEN.

Private Practice also stars RENT alum Taye Diggs, Amy Brenneman, KaDee Strickland, Paul Adelstein, Caterina Scorsone, and Benjamin Bratt. Long-time PRACTICE star departed the series last season, and Broadway veteran Audra McDonald, who was a member of the original cast, left the show in 2011. It was announced last week that McDonald will return for the series finale.
