NBC's THE VOICE Ranks #1 for Night Among Big 4 in 18-49

NBC's "The Voice" (2.4/9 in 18-49, 10.5 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) ranks as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 as well as adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-female demos.

Finishes within 8% of last week's 8-9 p.m. rating in 18-49 (2.4 vs. 2.6) and within 3% in total viewers (10.544 million vs. 10.855 million).

Grows +18% from its first half-hour to its second in 18-49 (2.2 to 2.6) and +12% or more than 1.1 million persons in total viewers (10.0 million to 11.1 million).

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - season to date, Tuesday's "Voice" has grown by +24% in 18-49 rating (from a 2.92 to a 3.63) and more than 2.1 million viewers overall (11.9 million to 14.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

Upscale: Tuesday's "Voice" has delivered a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 116 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3).

A Tuesday preview of "Heartbeat" (1.4/5 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) delivers solid sampling, generating a +17% increase over NBC's average in the time period last season excluding "The Voice" in 18-49 (1.4 vs. 1.2, L+SD) and a gain of +61% or 2.4 million persons in total viewers (6.340 million vs. 3.926 million).

Ranks #2 among the Big 4 networks in the time period in adults 18-49, total viewers and most other key measures.

Ties for #1 among those nets in women 18-34.

The regular-slot premiere of "Heartbeat" is scheduled for tonight from 8-9 p.m. ET.

An encore telecast of "Chicago Fire" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) delivered the top 18-49 rating for a "Fire" encore since Ap;ril 14, 2014 (0.9).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night - in Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.4/6; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.6/4 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
