NBC's THE CARMICHAEL SHOW Grows Week-to-Week by +14% in Total Viewers

NBC's "THE CARMICHAEL SHOW" 0.8/3 in 18-49, 4.1 million viewers overall from 9:01-9:30 p.m. ET): Grows +14% week to week in 18-49 rating (0.8 vs. 0.7), despite a switch in lead-in last night to an encore "Little Big Shots."

Retains 89% of its encore "LBS" lead-in last night in 18-49 (0.8 vs. 0.9), versus 54% of its first-run "LBS" lead-in last week (0.7 vs. 1.3). In total viewers, increases by +23% week to week (4.061 million vs. 3.290 million) on a night of competition from HBO's "Game of Thrones" and AMC's "Fear the Walking Dead."

Improves its total-viewer retention of "LBS" from last week's 43% (3.290 million vs. 7.570 million) to this week's 71% (4.061 million vs. 5.755 million), after being renewed yesterday for a third season on NBC. Ranks #2 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in total viewers.

Will grow with time-shifted viewing and VOD - The prior week's "Carmichael" increased by +19% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.74 to 0.88) and 402,000 persons in total viewers (3.3 million to 3.7 million)

"Crowded" (0.7/2 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall from 9:30-10 p.m. ET): Retains +100% week to week in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7). Grows +13% week to week in total viewers (3.042 million vs. 2.689 million). Retains 88% of its lead-in in adults 18-49 and 100% in men and women 18-34 and will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD:

The previous week's "Crowded" increased by +25% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.69 to 0.86) and 547,000 persons in total viewers (2.7 million to 3.2 million).

L+7: "Crowded" has grown by +26% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.87 to a 1.10) and 737,000 viewers overall (3.7 million to 4.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7).

"Dateline NBC" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.2 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Ranks #2 in the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and total viewers. Ties for #1 in the hour among those nets in adults, 25-54.

Will add significant viewership via time-shifting - Sunday's "Dateline NBC" has increased by +27% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.02 to 1.30) and 805,000 persons in total viewers (5.1 million to 5.9 million).

Upscale: Sunday's "Dateline" is generating a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 114 among adults 18-49 living in home with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3).

An encore telecast of "Little Big Shots" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 5.8 million viewers overall from 8-9:01 p.m. ET): Rates within 0.2 of a point of the time-period lead in adults 18-49 among the Big 4 networks (0.9 vs. 1.1). Builds by +29% on its lead-in in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.7) and by +38% in total viewers (5.8 million vs. 4.2 million).

"Dateline: On Assignment" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 4.2 million viewers overall from 7:05-8 p.m.): Is currently delivering a gain of +40% week to week in adults 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.5), +25% in adults 25-54 (1.0 vs. 0.8) and +7% in total viewers (4.169 million vs. 3.885 million), pending updates.

Note that "Dateline: On Assignment" started at 7:05 p.m. in the Eastern U.S. due to a golf overrun.

Upscale: "Dateline: On Assignment" is delivering a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 131 among adults 18-49 living in home with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3).
