NBC is currently #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in adults 18-49 and total viewers, as well as adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demos.

In metered-market results, which accurately reflect time-zone adjustments, last night's Dallas Cowboys-New York Giants "Sunday Night Football" telecast averaged an 14.0 rating, 22 share from 8:30-11:45 p.m. ET in household results from the 56 markets metered by Nielsen Media Research to rank as Sunday's #1 primetime show in the metered markets.

Last night's 14.0 rating in metered-market households is the top "Sunday Night Football" overnight result since Oct. 19, when Denver's Peyton Manning set a new NFL record for career touchdown passes during that week's 49ers-Broncos game (14.8).

Last night's metered-marker rating peaked at 11:30-11:45 p.m. ET with a 15.3/29 during Dallas' game-winning touchdown drive.

Top local ratings for the Cowboys-Giants game on NBC were: Dallas, 34.4/50; San Antonio, 23.7/37; Austin, 20.9/38; Albuquerque, 20.1/28; Richmond 19.4/29; Philadelphia, 18.3/28; New Orleans, 17.7/26; Seattle, 17.2/29; Tulsa, 17.2/27; and Memphis, 17.0/24.
