NBC's LITTLE BIG SHOTS: FOREVER YOUNG (0.9/4 in 18-49, 6.0 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET): Is close to rounding up to a 1.0 in 18-49 (currently reporting a 0.94 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings). Is the #2 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in total viewers, behind only "Big Brother" and ahead of ABC's "ESPY Awards." Is currently running within 0.1 of last week's 18-49 rating, despite last night's special competition from ABC's "ESPYs." Is the #2 first-year summer series on the Big 4 this year in total viewers, behind only NBC's Tuesday hit "World of Dance. Will add viewership via time-shifting and VOD -- "LBS: Forever Young" is increasing by +13% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 0.94 to a 1.06) and +587,000 viewers overall (7.0 million to 7.6 million).

"The Carmichael Show" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall from 9-9:30 p.m. ET): Maintains 100% week to week in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7), despite last night's special competition from ABC's "ESPY Awards." Is up +17% versus what the show was averaging at the end of last season in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.6 Sunday nights from May 8-29) and +9% in total viewers (3.190 million vs. 2.939 million). Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD - "Carmichael" has grown by +24% this summer in 18-49 rating (from a 0.79 to a 0.98) and +518,000 viewers overall (3.9 million to 4.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

An encore telecast of "The Carmichael Show" delivered a 0.5/2 in 18-49 and 2.5 million viewers overall from 9:30-10 p.m. ET.

A rebroadcast of "This Is Us" averaged a 0.4/2 in 18-49 and 2.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.7/5 with an encore; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.7/7; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.6/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.7/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.0/4 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2 with an encore.

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
