NBC's DATELINE is #1 for the Night Among the Big 4 in 18-49

Friday Primetime Results:

"Dateline NBC" (1.1/5 in 18-49, 6.2 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) ranked as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, finishing ahead of ABC's "Shark Tank" encore, "What Would You Do" and "20/20" (1.0 each). "Dateline" ranked #1 in its two-hour time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, total viewers and all key adult-female demos.

Versus the same night last year when it aired in the same time period, "Dateline" was up +10% in 18-49 rating (to a 1.1 from a 1.0) and up +20% in total viewers (6.159 million vs. 5.112 million).

"Crossbones" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) finished within a 0.2 of a point in 18-49 and within 13% in total viewers of its prior telecast two weeks ago (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall on June 6). "Crossbones" finished #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and other key demos.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday night:

In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.2/5 with an encore telecast; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.8/4 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5 with an encore.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3 with an encore.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/2 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
