NBC Ranks #2 Behind CBS Super Bowl Coverage

NBC ranked #2 for the night among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and total viewers (0.5/1 in 18-49, 1.8 million viewers overall from 7-11 p.m. ET), behind CBS and its SUPER BOWL coverage.

From 8:30-11 p.m. ET, the NBC Movie of the Week "Pitch Perfect" averaged a 0.6/1 in 18-49 and 1.9 million viewers overall, to rank #2 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in both measures. From its first half-hour to its fifth, "Pitch Perfect" grew by 0.7 of a rating point or +233% in adults 18-49 (from a 0.3 to a 1.0) and by +126% or 1.7 million persons in total viewers (1.3 million to 3.0 million).

From 7-8:30 p.m. ET, "Dateline NBC" averaged a 0.3/1 in 18-49 and 1.7 million viewers overall. From its first half-hour to its third, "Dateline" grew by 0.1 of a rating point or +50% in adults 18-49 (from a 0.2 to a 0.3) and by +49% in total viewers (1.4 million to 2.1 million).
