More viewers turned to NBC News for prime time coverage and analysis of Super Tuesday results than any other television network. The special hour, which aired live in every time zone at 10pm/9 Central, more than doubled ABC among total viewers and topped ABC and CBS combined in both A18-49 and A25-54 demos, according to Nielsen Media Research fast affiliate time period data.

The NBC News broadcast was also up significantly over Super Tuesday 2012, with more than twice the total viewer audience (5.7 mil vs. 2.6 mil on 3/6/2012) and significant gains in the key demo (1.5 rating A18-49 vs. 0.8 in 2012; 1.9 rating A25-54 vs. 1.0 in 2012).

Last night's primetime hour combined the strength of NBC News' three flagship newscasts, led by "NBC Nightly News" anchor Lester Holt with "TODAY" co-anchor Savannah Guthrie and "Meet the Press" moderator and political director Chuck Todd.
