MTV's ARE YOU THE ONE? Finale Ranks #1 Original Series in Timeslot

Fans showed their love for MTV's "Are You The One?" with the season finale ranking as the top original series in its timeslot across all television with P12-34. The finale was the highest rated episode to date this season, with a strong 1.7 P12-34 rating, representing an over 40 percent ratings increase vs. the season premiere. The finale also scored a series high with females ages 18-24 with a 5.1 rating. Additionally, 1.6 million total viewers tuned in to see the highly anticipated finale where the remaining "true matches" were finally revealed. "Are You The One?" also connected with fans online as Tuesday's most social cable series.

On average, the freshman season of "Are You The One?" experienced a nearly 40 percent lift with Live+3 viewing, garnering a 1.8 P12-34 rating and 1.8 million total viewers. As previously announced, "Are You The One?" has been picked up for a second season.

In the season one finale, the 20 hopeful romantics successfully determined each of their perfect matches, winning love and the 1 million dollar prize. The ten couples will reunite once more on April 1 at 11:00PM ET/PT, for the one-hour reunion special taking a look back at the dramatic highlights, reveal explosive secrets and will be capped off with a touching, surprise engagement.
