Bravo Media will premiere the all-new one-hour comedy special "Kathy Griffin: Calm Down Gurrl" on Tuesday, June 4th at 10:30 PM ET/PT. Filmed before a live audience at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, CA, the special features Emmy Award winning comedian, Kathy Griffin's, hilarious view of the most talked about people in America including Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake and one of her very own twitter followers, Jodi Arias. In true Kathy fashion, she shares some of her hilarious recent encounters including meeting cultural icon Barbra Streisand at Jane Fonda's Birthday Party, her recent family dinner with her boyfriend and the latest antics of her dogs Pom Pom and Larry.

"Why did I name my sixteenth stand up special 'Calm Down Gurrl?' Have you seen Amanda Bynes' latest selfie? Oh and GURRL is not gender specific. I would also apply that wisdom to both Lindsey Graham and Lindsay Lohan," said Griffin.

Griffin has had an impressive 16 original comedy specials since 2005 and won two Emmy's for Bravo's "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List." Her stand up specials "Kathy Griffin: Tired Hooker (December 2011), "Kathy Griffin: She'll Cut a Bitch" (April 2009) and "Kathy Griffin: Straight to Hell" (November 2008) were nominated for an Emmy in the category Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Special. Five of her comedy albums have been nominated for Grammy's and she received rave reviews on Broadway for her one woman show "Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony." She is the recipient of the 'GLAAD Vanguard Award,' received the Trevor Project's 'Lifetime Achievement Award' and 'Ally for Equality Award' from the Human Rights Campaign.

Rickmill Productions produced "Kathy Griffin: Calm Down Gurrl" for Bravo. The one-hour comedy special was executive produced by Kimber Rickabaugh, Paul Miller and Kathy Griffin.
