The 5th Annual "Get RADICAL Women's Conference" founded by Doreen Rainey, takes place Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24 at the Hyatt Regency, Reston, VA (Washington, D.C.). The empowerment event features general and breakout sessions, and a special awards ceremony to help women become more confident, assertive and focused to achieve their self-defined goals, while experiencing joy, fulfillment, self-love and peace of mind.

Rainey has brought in a powerhouse line-up of RADICAL women armed and ready to share their challenges and successes. Giuliana Rancic, of E! News and Giuliana & Bill shares her story of trying to start a family and being diagnosed with cancer. Jillian Michaels, trainer on NBC's The Biggest Loser, gives wellness strategies for balancing career and motherhood. Lisa Nichols, author of No Matter What, shares her formula to overcome setbacks. Judy Smith, crisis manager and inspiration for the "Olivia Pope" character on the ABC Television series, Scandal, will give insight in managing personal and career crisis. Farnoosh Torabi, author of Psych Yourself Rich, shows how financial security is tied to your relationship with money and Angela Jia Kim, founder of Om Aroma & Savor Spa, talks about her journey to a million dollar business. Liz Haesler, VP of Best Buy, shares leadership qualities needed to excel in today's business world.
