The weed hits the fan in the dorms and Debbie and her boyfriend are about to take it up a notch. The Gallaghers are desperately trying to keep it all together as Season 5 begins to wind down.

Helene and her husband don't understand why Lip is confused about their arrangement, but apparently he has the same arrangement with Amanda because when he tells her about it, she really doesn't care. When the dorm starts to complain about Kev living there, he decides to give out some free weed samples, however, it seems to be laced with something and everyone begins flipping out. Lip and Kev "store" the victims in Kev's room until they pass through it, but one of Lip's friends winds up jumping out the window. Lip rushes the kid to Helen's house hoping her doctor husband can help him. He's not there, but she calls the ambulance and tells Lip to get out of there. She warns him that he can either stay "South Side" or accept his new life. When Lip visits the kid at the hospital, he tells Lip that he didn't turn him in and Lip realizes that he has actual friends at school. Lip tells Kev to leave and go back to Vee.

Ian's medication is hampering his libido, but Mickey is doing his best to keep "up" his spirits. Ian even presses his hand on the hot grill at work to feel something. Sammy repairs his wound and in a moment of weakness he confesses to her about joining the Army under a false name and then going AWOL. Tired of being babysat, he decides to go out and get into trouble. Mickey follows him and they wind up getting in a fist fight and Ian is elated and they wind up recreating their first hook up at the baseball field.

Debbie and boyfriend, Derek, have decided to sleep together. Debbie asks Fiona to take her to Planned Parenthood for birth control. The doctor warns her that they don't take effect right away and to still use condoms. Debbie and Derek go to dinner with Derek's family and Debbie meets a cousin of Derek's who had a baby when she was 15 and she loved her life. When nighttime comes, Debbie tells Derek not to use a condom since she is on the pill.

Fiona finally makes contact with Gus and even though they are both still confused, they want to work things through. They set up a Skype date to talk as well as other stuff. Fiona calls Sean and he is saying goodbye to his son. Fiona rushes over and accompanies Sean to a bar. They don't drink, they just wanted to be there and Sean lashes out at Fiona and in doing so provokes a bar fight with a stranger to get out his anger. He kisses Fiona and tells her to go home, but she has missed her date with Gus.

Bianca wakes up after her bender with Frank and quickly kicks him out of the house. Frank is absolutely smitten with her. Bianca's sister won't let him near her but he waits and Bianca kicks her sister out after she decides not to seek treatment and Frank swears he will be with her until the end.

When they all get home, the military police are there after Sammy called them to report Ian. They've been waiting for this day for years, but Sammy tells Fiona this is retribution for Chuckie getting arrested with Carl.

There is a chance that Mickey may kill Sammy. I don't think I've ever seen such rage. I mean how is Ian going to get medication in prison when he won't even admit he has a problem? My concern level for Ian just tripled. Fiona is just being Fiona hanging out with the wrong guy while the right guy waits at home. I'm hoping Gus will return before the end of the season. And Debbie... what are you thinking? Is this the life you want for yourself? Raising kids in high school? Have you learned nothing? And is Frank actually thinking of someone other than himself? Is he taking responsibility (in his own twisted way) for someone else's care? This is an odd side of Frank I've never seen. He doesn't show this much concern for his own children. Only two more episodes and I miss them already.

Lines I Love:

  • Vee - The only thing you ever treated with respect had a label and the word "proof" on it.

  • Kev - This has gotta be a metaphor for something.

  • Frank - I'm not homeless! I have a home... intermittently...

  • Drugged Out Kid - No one at the K-Mart knows about my baloney!
