Twins Alana and Lex LeBlanc, the dynamic real estate and home renovation stars of HGTV's LISTED SISTERS, return to help NASHVILLE families land the home of their dreams. Premiering Wednesday, July 12, at 11 p.m. ET/PT, the new 10-episode season features real estate agent Alana and interior designer Lex as they work side-by-side to maximize their clients' budgets. In every episode, they find great deals on rundown homes and wow buyers with totally customized renovations.

"Nashville's real estate market is booming," said Alana. "Amazing parks, beautiful neighborhoods, world-class restaurants and shopping make the city a very desirable place to live."

This season of Listed Sisters showcases the talented duo as they tackle home renovation challenges that are bigger than ever. Undaunted, Alana and Lex repair fire damage, fix structural issues and reimagine outdated layouts to complete the homes on time and on budget. In the end, their clients get the updated and personalized renovations they've always wanted, such as gorgeous open concepts, spa-like master bathrooms and modern kitchens.

"Alana and I have a keen eye for finding homes with lots of hidden potential," said Lex. "We love to surprise our clients with the features they never thought they could afford."
