Fresh off the final episode of the FOX musical dramedy GLEE, Matthew Morrison spoke with EOnline at The Weinstein Company's pre-Oscar party Sunday, (where he performed the song "Neverland" from his upcoming musical) about taking on the role of "Peter Pan" author J.M. Barrie.

"He's an incredibly complicated man," Morrison said. "As an actor, it's really exciting to play because he had a lot demons. He suffered from severe writer's block. And Peter Pan was such a risk at the time [with] islands and mermaids and lagoons on a stage. Back in the early 1900s that was unheard of."
