E! News spoke with actress Elizabeth Olsen at the premiere of her latest film "I Saw the Light," (hitting theaters March 25th) and asked her about recent rumors that she could play Michelle Tanner in the popular Netflix reboot FULLER HOUSE.

When asked about producers throwing her name out there to possibly play the fan-favorite character in the reboot, Olsen said she certainly didn't get an offer. "If I did, I'm pretty sure no one on my team heard it," she tells us. "I don't know where that started."

Once she realized it was Fuller House boss Jeff Franklin who started the wild rumor, Olsen said she "can't say a bad word" about him because he's "known me since I was an infant."

The 27-year-old did tell E! that she caught the first episode of Fuller House and says, "It was great."

Meanwhile, John Stamos has been adamant about trying to get the two famous twins on the Netflix series. Stamos reprises his role as the hunky family member on the new show and serves as an executive producer. The Olsens, who played his niece Michelle, are theonly Full House stars who did not to return. Stamos said last May he was "heartbroken" about it, but now that the show was renewed for season two, he's hoping there's still a chance.

"I was going to see Ashley last night and beg her to be on the show," Stamos said on THE TODAY SHOW a day later. "We would love to have them. I know everybody would love to see them. I have a good feeling about it."

However, a source recently told E! NEWS after the season two renewal that nothing has changed for Mary-Kate and Ashley regarding their decision to appear on the series. Series creator Jeff Franklin told E! NEWS he was hopeful they would change their minds.

"It's like all family reunions-there's always somebody that doesn't show up," he said. "But hopefully next time around, we'll have them back."
