Building on its momentum as the global leader in celebrity and entertainment news, Eonline is expanding its lifestyle content with the launch of THE TREND. The new web destination, which launches today, utilizes the site's patent-pending liquid platform and features the hottest trends in beauty, fashion and living, including the latest fitness crazes, hot travel spots and more. "The Trend" will live on all platforms with integrations on E! News, as well as across the brand's vast mobile and social footprints.

"E! has always been at the forefront of emerging trends, and with this launch Eonline provides users with a clear destination for keeping abreast of all the latest in beauty, fashion and living," said John Najarian, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Digital Media and Business Development, E! "The result is a rich, unique and engaging experience for readers and advertising partners alike."

Eonline is the fastest-growing entertainment news site as measured by ComScore. Since its relaunch in July 2012, it has grown every month and increased its audience by more than a third. Third quarter 2012 was Eonline's biggest quarter ever for unique visitors per ComScore.

"The Trend" is the third major launch for Eonline since the site relaunched in July. Eonline has also launched Fashion Police online, and TV Scoop, a destination for all things television and its popular "Watch with Kristin" column. Traffic to TV Scoop has also doubled since its launch.

From the latest celebrity workout routines to the next big trend in nail art to can't-miss red carpet looks, "The Trend" taps into the pop culture zeitgeist to hand-pick what's hot right now and gives fans a way to be a step ahead on upcoming trends.

"The Trend" will also feature E! talent including Giuliana Rancic, Terrence Jenkins, George Kotsiopoulos and Catt Sadler, who will contribute topical commentary, tips and style advice and tap into the brand's unparalleled network of global lifestyle and trends experts on a regular basis.

"We're getting a great reception from the many advertisers in the beauty, retail and fashion space," said Najarian. "We are very excited to work with brands to develop custom integration opportunities across online, mobile and social."

"The Trend" kicks off with a special week-long series, "The 40 Biggest Trends Right Now," covering only the biggest and best trends that are not to be missed, including what's hot this holiday season. Daily features will include "How to Look Hot Like..." and "Three Rules," where today's trendsetters reveal their secrets for style, fitness, beauty, entertaining and more.
