In a recent interview with Zap2it.com, David Cassidy revealed that he wouldn't mind revisiting the musical television genre by guest starring in Fox's hit show GLEE.

Cassidy said, "I'd be thrilled. I love the show; everybody loves it. It's smart, and there's real talent there. I mean, witness what [Lea Michele] did at the Super Bowl the other day. That was flawless. I'd be honored and humbled to do something with them."

Cassidy is best known for his role as the character of Keith Partridge in the 1970s musical/sitcom The Partridge Family. He was one of pop culture's most celebrated teen idols, enjoying a successful pop career in the 1970s, and still performs today. On January 2, 1969, Cassidy made his professional debut in the Broadway musical The Fig Leaves Are Falling.
