Carnival Eats

  • Premiering Sunday, September 2nd at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Mocktail"

Noah Cappe goes loco for Sunshine State snacks at the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, Fla. There's lots of ooey-gooey goodness in the Pizza Supremo Burger and the Ulti-Melt Burger, but it's the Sandia Loca that has Noah flipping out. Then he's shaken and stirred by some Kentucky classics at Hillbilly Days in Pikeville, Ky., where old-fashioned favorites are served with a side of good humor and a shot of American whiskey in the form of Kentucky Mac and Cheese and Bourbon a la Mode funnel cake.

  • Premiering Sunday, September 9th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Beauty and the Beef"

It's LOVE AT FIRST BITE as Noah Cappe munches on some Texas-sized treats at Rodeo Austin. With a tagline of "Where Western Meets Weird," the Rodeo is the place to find one-of-a-kind CARNIVAL EATS like the Kobe beef Rodeo Austin burger and the massive Stuffed Chop. Then Noah's off to the Pima County Fair in Tucson, Ariz., for a shrimp stick featuring sweet Gulf shrimp and fruity cereal. He also digs into The Big Rib and finishes the day off with the brain-numbing Nitro Whip.

  • Premiering Sunday, September 16th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Fight Club Sandwich"

Noah Cappe meets his match with some knock-out fruity feasts at the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City. He starts the day with the Strawberry French Toast Burger and slurps the Way Better Strawberry Shake. Then he heads up the coast to Maryland's Towsontown Spring Festival, where he munches on a Poppin' Lobster Dog and goes local with the Baltimore Club and some Japanese street food.

  • Premiering Sunday, September 23rd at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Hot Dog Time Machine"

Noah Cappe takes a trip to the Coastal Carolina Fair near Charleston, where he samples a local legend, Jack's Cosmic Dog. Trolling the fairgrounds, Noah catches the Catfish Sundae and takes a bite of fall flavors with the Pumpkin Cheesecake Pop. Then he heads west and feels the desert heat with some spicy fare at the Maricopa County Fair in Phoenix, Ariz. Noah's taste buds start tingling thanks to the Burnin' Up Burger and the Popper Dog, but a treat so special they call it the Unicorn Shake offers cool relief.

To eat or not to eat? For Noah Cappe, there is no question! Noah heads to San Diego and hams it up at the Balboa Park December Nights festival. The day starts off right with a breakfast Belgian waffle called the Ham I Am, and then it's a showdown between the East Coast Lobstah Taco and homegrown Cali Spicy Kaprao Burger. Then Noah heads north to Antioch, California, for the Contra Costa County Fair, where Mexican-American specialties take top prize.   • Premiering Wednesday, September 5th at 10pmET/7pmPT - "Queen City Cravings"

Ali Khan is out to find the best breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack deals in Charlotte, North Carolina, but good things take time, so Ali starts his day with the sweet and satisfying "slowberry" cobbler waffle. Then he slides over to a food truck that's serving up mouthwatering sliders that are too good to try only one. He finds an elegant snack in a decadent French Pot Du Creme, and cultures collide as Ali closes his day with ramen gumbo that's packed with a Fusion of flavor.

  • Premiering Wednesday, September 12th at 10pmET/7pmPT - "Hungry in the Jax"

Ali Khan is hunting for the best deals in Jacksonville, Fla., for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. He kicks off his culinary escapades with a chef-driven dish of chorizo corn cakes with vegan queso and spicy guajillo chile sauce. For lunch, he bellies up to a food truck serving some of the best smoked meats in town. After a chocolaty take on baklava from a friendly Greek grandma, Ali hits up a Jacksonville institution for an old-fashioned jumbo chicken pot pie.

Ali Khan is in San Antonio, Texas, looking for deals on breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. He starts with a stack of what are quite possibly the world's best pancakes, piled high with delectable bananas Foster. Then he gets his deli fix with a meat-filled mega sandwich. After scoring a San Antonio two-fer -- a kolache filled with mouthwatering barbacoa -- Ali finishes strong with a smoky plate of barbecue baby back ribs.

  • Premiering Wednesday, September 26th at 10pmET/7pmPT - "Killer Eats in KC"

Ali Khan is in Kansas City, looking for the best deals on breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. He kicks things off with an innovative breakfast flatbread topped with gravy, scrambled eggs and cheddar. Then, he tries a spin on the classic Vietnamese banh mi sandwich that's full of juicy pork, and he snacks on the perfect kind of twister, the Donado -- a doughnut cone overflowing with soft serve ice cream. Ali polishes off a perfect day of eating with some meat-on-meat action in the form of a burger piled high with succulent KC burnt ends.

Their tour starts at local favorite seafood joint Hook with their fresh-caught fare like speckled trout smothered with a scratch-made Pass Christian sauce. On a visit to White Pillars, they feast on exceptional farm-to-table fare, chowing down on chicken-fried rabbit with black rice and grits. Finally, the duo finishes up at Bozo's for the mother of all Biloxi dishes -- hot and spicy crawfish tailor-made to make you sweat.

Damaris Phillips and Rutledge Wood are sold on Birmingham, Alabama's, Southern hospitality and amazing eats! At the charming 1950s hot dog shop Gus's Hot Dogs, the duo feasts on a spicy wiener packed with decidedly Southern flavors and spices. Next up is Johnny's restaurant where they're serving up a classic meat n' three with a surprising Greek twist. Finally, a trip to the charmingly rustic Ovenbird where a feast of locally raised, Braised Goat and buttery grits awaits.

  • Premiering Monday, September 17th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Celebratory Food Traditions" - SEASON FINALE!

Damaris Philips and Rutledge Wood find themselves in the unofficial Cajun capital of the south -- the French Louisiana region of Acadiana in Lafayette, Louisiana. Their first stop is Cafe Vermilionville for their New Orleans-inspired Crawfish 'Beignets' and Turtle Soup. Next, it's off to roadside stop Best Stop Boudin for their Boudin Blanc, Boudin Balls and fan-favorite Cracklins. Finally, a Cajun tour can't end without gumbo so Rut and Damaris sample three-time World Champion gumbo complete with live music at Prejeans.
