After thirteen weeks of competition, the fourth season of TELEMUNDO's LA VOZ KIDS concluded last night in a star-studded gala at Universal Orlando Resort when hosts Jorge Bernal and Patricia Manterola announced Christopher Rivera, from #TeamNatalia, as the winner. Surrounded by the two-time winning Coach Natalia Jimenez alongside Coaches Daddy Yankee and Pedro Fernandez, as well as the finalists Axel Cabrera from #TeamYankee and Alejandra Gallardo from #TeamPedro, the 14-year-old Puerto Rican singer, received the desired trophy and took home $50,000 cash prize, a recording contract with Universal Music and a 2016 Nissan Rogue for his family.

Tonight's spectacular Finale began with an outstanding opening performance between the six finalists and the internationally famous Blue Man Group. Before revealing the audience vote, the finalists took the stage for their last performance of the night. Team Yankee's Axel Cabrera presented "Nadie como Ella" and Carmen Sanchez sang "Conga"; Team Natalia's Christopher Rivera interpreted "Llévame a la Luna" and Magallie Montiel "La Cigarra"; Team Pedro's Joel Treviño "El Cantante" and Alejandra Gallardo "Ya Te Olvidé." The closing gala also featured remarkable performances by Latin music stars and former Coaches, Roberto Tapia with his new single "Vale La Pena" and Prince Royce's "Culpa Al Corazón," and ended with Daddy Yankee's premiere performance of his worldwide hit, "Shaky Shaky."

This year's winner, Christopher Rivera, is a great example of determination and perseverance. The Puerto Rican-born, talented singer, auditioned during the first season of TELEMUNDO's "La Voz Kids" but none of the Coaches turned their chairs. In the three years, he trained and prepared his voice and returned to audition for the fourth season where he captivated all three Coaches; making them turn their chairs. He chose #TeamNatalia, last season's winning Coach. What Christopher likes the most about "La Voz Kids" is the fact that the Coaches base their decisions solely on THE VOICE and not on their looks. Christopher is an only child who lives with his parents Luis and Sandra Rivera in Quebradilla, Puerto Rico, located on the northwestern shore of the island.

Christopher's first live television appearance as the winner of "La Voz Kids," will be tomorrow on TELEMUNDO's morning show "Un Nuevo Día" (7-10am/6-9am CT) and will be interviewed by Maria Celeste Arrarás from "Al Rojo Vivo con Maria Celeste" (4pm/3c). On Tuesday, he will arrive to his native island Puerto Rico to celebrate the victory.
