E! News reports that Chace Crawford, best known for his portrayal of Nate Archibald on The CW's teen drama series Gossip Girl), has signed on for the 100th episode of GLEE. "I think he's going to be Dianna Agron's new love interest," Matthew Morrison told the site's Marc Milkin at Audi's pre-Golden Globes party at Cecconi's in West Hollywood.

He added, "His name is Biff. He's kind of a Yalie degenerate." (No word if Crawford will sing during his appearance.)

Crawford's appearance wasn't the only scoop that Morrison shared. The fictional choir leader from McKinley High also revealed that he and Kristin Chenoweth will be singing a Pink song together on the episode. The two-part episode is set to air March 18 and 25.

In addition to Agron and Chenoweth returning for the big milestone, Amber Riley, Mark Salling, Harry Shum Jr. are also coming back. As BWW reported earlier today, Gwyneth Paltrow will return as her Glee alter-ego, substitute teacher Holly Holiday as well.

About GLEE:

Glee is a musical comedy about a group of ambitious and talented kids who escape the harsh realities of high school by joining a Glee club, where they find strength, acceptance and, ultimately, their voice. Last year's graduates and aspiring singers, RACHEL BERRY (Lea Michelle) and KURT HUMMEL (Chris Colfer), packed their bags for New York and enrolled at a prestigious performing arts school, NYADA, where they made new friends and learned the cruel realities of college. These naïve freshmen moved into a Brooklyn loft, signed up for internships, auditioned for Broadway shows and gained a roommate when SANTAna Lopez (Naya Rivera) moved to the Big Apple.

Since its debut, Glee has become a bona fide cultural phenomenon, received prestigious honors, including a Golden Globe Award and a Peabody Award, and singlehandedly made Glee clubs cool again. The series boasts critical acclaim, a die-hard fan base, two Grammy Award nominations, two platinum and five gold albums, more than 43 million songs and more than 13 million albums sold worldwide, two sold-out concert tours, a 3-D movie and four Emmy Awards and three Golden Globes, including the award for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical.

Glee has attracted A-list guest stars, from Gwyneth Paltrow to Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker. This season, Demi Lovato (THE X FACTOR) guest-stars as "Dani," a New York-based struggling artist and friend of Rachel and Santana's.
