The eighth season of UNDERCOVER BOSS kicks off with two new back-to-back episodes, Wednesday, Dec. 21 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The Emmy Award-winning series moves to its regular 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT Wednesday timeslot on Dec. 28.

"Build-A-Bear Workshop" - When Sharon Price John, president and CEO of Build-A-Bear Workshop, goes undercover to meet the employees who keep her company stitched together, she learns that building bears isn't all child's play, on UNDERCOVER BOSS, 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT.

The experiential retail company Build-A-Bear Workshop was founded in St. Louis, Mo. in 1997. It now has approximately 400 stores worldwide and gives guests an opportunity to make their own customizable stuffed animal.

"New York & Company" - Greg Scott, CEO of New York & Company, a women's fashion retailer, goes undercover to work alongside the people who keep his company "en vogue," but will he fold when he sees one of his stores in disarray? This episode of UNDERCOVER BOSS airs 9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT.

New York & Company is a women's fashion retailer designing on-trend, versatile, affordable collections that are available in over 480 stores nationwide as well as on their e-commerce site.

UNDERCOVER BOSS is a two-time Emmy Award-winning reality series that follows high-level executives as they slip anonymously into the rank-and-file of their own organizations. Each week, a different leader will sacrifice the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their operation.
