CBS THIS MORNING continues its ratings momentum and is the only network morning news broadcast to add viewers (+6%, 3.87m from 3.64m) and post double-digit year-to-year percentage gains in adults 25-54 (+11%, 1.0/07 from 0.9/07), as well as women 25-54 (+10%, 1.1/08 from 1.0/07) and women 18-49 (+14%, 0.8/06 from 0.7/06), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Feb. 26.
While CBS THIS MORNING continues to post gains, ABC declined -17% in viewers, -26% in adults 25-54, -17% in women 25-54 and -19% in women 18-49 compared to last year. NBC is down -7% in viewers, -6% in adults 25-54, -9% in women 25-54 and -12% in women 18-49 compared to last year. CBS THIS MORNING gained +230,000 viewers compared to the same week last year and continues to cut the viewership gap with its competitors. CBS cut the viewer deficit with ABC by more than 1.2m viewers and with NBC by 570,000 viewers. Season-to-date, CBS THIS MORNING is up +10% in viewers (3.64m from 3.32m) and even in adults 25-54 (0.9/07) compared to last season. CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY In the February 2016 sweep, CBS THIS MORNING SATURDAY delivered a 1.7/06 with 2.30m viewers, 0.5/04 in adults 25-54. CBS THIS MORNING SATURDAY is up +3% in viewers (from 2.23m) compared to last February.
