CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD posted season-to-date gains in viewers and remained the #1 Sunday morning news program with viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for March 15.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING delivered 5.65 million viewers and a 1.2/07 with adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news.

Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING has averaged 6.11 million viewers and a 1.4/07 with adults 25-54. Compared to the same period last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +2% in viewers (from 5.97m).

Sunday's broadcast was anchored by Jane Pauley and included Susan Spencer's report on people who find incredible success late in their lives; Lee Cowan's interview with former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and her husband, Mark Kelly; Tracy Smith's tour of the Althorp Estate with Charles Spencer; Anna Werner's look at the work of stick sculptor Patrick Dougherty; David Turecamo's preview of the Broadway-bound musical "An American in Paris"; Elizabeth Palmer's look at craft beers in Germany; Boston Globe columnist Kevin Cullen's thoughts on efforts to make Boston's St. Patrick's Day parade more inclusive; and Steve Hartman's visit with Chris Rosati, who was diagnosed with ALS and began a mission to spread kindness.
