CBS Radio News, the nation's pioneer and leader in audio broadcast and digital journalism, is now delivering its award-winning newscasts on the Amazon Alexa Voice service. CBS Radio News is the first commercial news network to be available on Alexa.

CBS Radio News listeners are able to enjoy full five-minute newscasts and one-minute news briefs on all Alexa-enabled devices such as the Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Amazon Tap and Amazon Fire TV.

Listeners can get the latest news updated hourly through THE FLASH Briefing on those devices. By going to the settings menu on the Amazon Alexa app and selecting Flash Briefing, listeners will be able to activate both five-minute newscasts and shorter one-minute news briefs to play on demand.

CBS Radio News has won the premier journalism award, the Edward R. Murrow award, for "Best Newscast" four years in a row and is the original radio news network founded in 1928.
