ET reports that the CBS network has decided to delay episodes of SUPERGIRL and NCIS: LA following the terrorist attacks in Paris last Friday.

The SUPERGIRL episode titled "How Does She Do It?", was set to air tonight and centered on "a series of bombings" that hit the fictional metropolis. In its place, the network will air a Thanksgiving-themed episode titled "Livewire." In the episode, Kara's Thanksgiving may be ruined when she suspects her foster mother, Dr. Danvers (Helen Slater), who is coming to town, disapproves of her new role as a superhero. Brit Morgan guest stars as Leslie Willis/Livewire and Helen Slater guest stars as Dr. Eliza Danvers, Kara's foster mother.

CBS has also postponed an NCIS: LOS ANGELES episode which centers on a young girl recruited by a terrorist organization and will now air an episode titled "The Long Goodbye" in its place. The new episode will follow a missing woman that LL Cool J's character, Sam Hanna, helped earn asylum in the U.S.
