We know that Season 2 of Netflix's "Orange is the New Black" started streaming two months ago, but not everyone has time to binge-watch 13 episodes. So we are catching up with one or two a week for the rest of the summer.

If you haven't been following along, here is Colleen's recap of Episodes 1 and 2 of the season. Now it's time for Episodes 3 and 4. Take it away Colleen...

"Hugs Can Be Deceiving" is quite a whirlwind of an episode and much is learned. With Piper finally admitted back into Litchfield, she is reacquainted into the prison with a new inmate, a free spirit named Soso. Piper extends a hand to the nervous girl, which was a cool side to see of her. After watching Chapman learn the ropes of Litchfield in Season One, seeing her help out Soso was a nice angle. But, Piper soon can't take Soso's odd antics any longer, and really lashes out. "I am a lonewolf, Brook. And a vicious one. Don't make me rip your throat out with my teeth." WHOA, go Piper! From what I can tell, Alex's betrayal and all the traveling between prisons did not sit well with Chapman. But, who could blame her?

Later on, tension between Vee and Taystee boils and we even decipher that Red and Vee have some history! Now, that's something I didn't see coming. I absolutely loved the scene between Red and Sophia. It definitely shows that Red is preparing herself for Vee's return. Once the two meet, their short-lived stand-off worried me into thinking the two were serious enemies and despite their friendly hug, something still doesn't feel right between the two hotheads...I'm positive we'll see more of them. Vee's going to be big this season, I just know it.

A short scene with Morello shows how quickly our usually bubbly inmate can turn frantic and slightly crazed at the bearing of bad news. When it's revealed that her fiance is now moving on and marrying another woman, Morello shouts into the phone, tears running down her made up face. Her line of: "Why go Jessica Simpson when you have Rhianna," killed me but Morello is all serious. As sad as it was, I hope to see more of this storyline. Afterall, we still don't know why Morello is in Litchfield...

In other news, Daya and Bennett have a bit of an argument as Bennett isn't sure how to get Daya the prenatal vitamins she needs. Finally, he hatches an idea that his prosthetic leg would be the perfect hiding place for smuggling in medicine. Hopefully, this doesn't turn badly. I really like Bennett and seeing him on the other side of the bars would be crushing. Especially when he is Daya's best chance at a "normal" life.

Meanwhile, Larry (who is the absolute worst, in my opinion) once again tries to find a way to capitalize on Piper's imprisonment. This time, the focus is on embezzlement and fraud at the hand of the administration of Litchfield. Ooh la la, scandal!

Episode three's flashback takes hold of Crazy Eyes -aka Suzanne's- backstory. We learn of her adoption into a caucasian family and how she stands out in comparison to her little sister Grace. While it is obvious her parents love her, we also see hints of overprotectiveness and fear that Suzanne won't be accepted or treated as well as Grace is. A quick birthday party scene shows Suzanne's mother coming to her defence when she is turned away from a birthday party: "Do you know which kids suffer in this world? The ones who are told they are different. And I'll be damned if I label my child as less than." Woo, go Suzanne's mama! Although her words speak the truth and her fight for equality is admirable, Suzanne is clearly unwelcome as she joins the party. Perhaps this is the catalyst for her unique personality.

Later, we see her mother pressuring her into signing at her graduation which ends horribly as Suzanne has a meltdown in front of her entire class. This connects to Season One's Christmas pageant (and season one finale) where Suzanne also chokes up and flees the stage. However, we learn that as Suzanne ran from the stage with her meltdown in full swing, she was the one who punched Piper, apparently mistaking her for her mother in a fit of confusion. Luckily, her attack on Piper spared Chapman from a harsher punishment as her injuries made the fight appear to be an equal battle. Personally, I love how OITNB played that out.

While Taystee wants nothing to do with Vee, Suzanne appears to be open to her manipulative ways. The episode closes with Vee capturing the hearts of Taystee's friends with Red looking on. Somehow, the look in Red's eyes seems as if she's seen Vee do this once before...I guess history can repeat itself.

While Episode Four, "A Whole Other Hole" has it's share of light hearted, silly and NSFW moments, there is much more to it. Yes, Nicky and Boo launch a game with the intention of sleeping around with as many inmates (and guards) as they can. Sophia gives the girls a little lesson on human anatomy and Polly and Larry start hanging out more. Something seems a little fishy with them...and I'm sure it is because Larry sucks.

Red manages to convince Caputo to allow her and the older ladies to start a gardening club in the greenhouse. But, with Red on the lower ranks inside Litchfield, I bet she's up to something. Smuggling contraband, perhaps? I hope our fiery redhead dusts herself off and snatches back the reigns because I loved her as Queen of Litchfield.

Vee continues to weasel her way into Taystee's group, offering them all motherly guidance in return for their loyalty and hard work. Taystee knows Vee isn't to be trusted and works to distance herself from the bad vibes. Later, Vee offers to help Poussey make the most of her hooch selling business. Looks like she's conquering them one by one...

Taystee and Poussey share a quick kiss that is soon dismissed by Taystee as something that doesn't mean anything to her. To her, they are just friends but Poussey certainly feels differently towards her best friend. I hope Vee's intrusion into Litchfield doesn't ruin their relationship.

Rosa attends chemo and meets a loud mouthed teenager who is also undergoing treatment. While there wasn't much plot there, his interest in her inmate status certainly sparked something between the two fast friends. Maybe we'll see more of the fast talking duo throughout the season.

Finally, we get Morello's full story. After Morello drops Rose off at her treatment, she detours and hunts for Christopher's new house. She breaks in, puts on his new fiance's wedding veil and takes a relaxing bubble bath. My heart actually stopped when she hears someone coming home. Luckily, Morello makes it out of the house and back to pick up Rose without anyone suspecting what she did. Later, we learn through flashbacks that Morello is a bit of a scam artist and only had one date with Christopher. She made up their engagement and was sent to Litchfield on charges of mail order fraud and harassment. I feel bad for the girl, but she definitely has some issues she needs to address. Obsessing over a marriage that was never going to happen is a bit extreme and despite her scare earlier in the episode, it seems she still hasn't shaken her love for Christopher.

Tensions are brewing and things are definitely heating up this season of Orange is the New Black and I can't wait to see where each episode takes us. Thanks for joining me on another week of recaps! Let me know what you thought about these episodes in the comments below. I hope you come back next week!
