ABC Family's YOUNG & HUNGRY Hits Series High in Key Demo

Growing its key audience for the 4th-consecutive week, the spring finale of "Young & Hungry" hit a series high for the 3rd-consecutive week in Adults 18-34 (618,000/0.9 rating) - and set a season high for the 2nd week in a row in Adults 18-49 (888,000/0.7 rating). Moreover, the closer became the series' #2 telecast on record in Adults 18-49 - coming in a mere 2,000 shy of the series high set on 7/30/14 - and its #3 telecast to date in Women 18-49 (672,000/1.1 rating).

For the season, "Young & Hungry" ranked as cable TV's #1 series in THE HALF HOUR among Adults 18-34 (507,000/0.7 rating), Women 18-34 (396,000/1.2 rating), Women 18-49 (552,000/0.9 rating), Viewers 12-34 (671,000/0.7 rating) and Females 12-34 (531,000/1.2 rating), and as the #1 original cable TV series in Adults 18-49 (704,000/0.6 rating).

Despite the heightened competitive landscape that included the season-ending May 2015 sweep, "Young & Hungry" built season-to-season in Adults 18-34 (582,000 vs. 581,000) and was virtually even in Adults 18-49 (799,000 vs. 827,000), Women 18-34 (463,000 vs. 471,000) and Women 18-49 (634,000 vs. 647,000).

Based on available full- week viewing levels, "Young & Hungry" doubles among Viewers 12-34 (+101% - 771,000 vs. 384,000), virtually doubles among Adults 18-34 (+95% - 582,000 vs. 299,000) and builds by significant margins in Total Viewers (+72% - 1.2 million vs. 696,000) and Adults 18-49 (+81% - 799,000 vs. 441,000).
