The British alternative hip-hop artist Itch releases his debut EP Manifesto Part 1: How To fing Rule At Life today for free download via his site http://itchsmixes.com/.  This release is the very first look at Jonathan "Itch" Fox's solo venture after being a member in The King Blues, a punk-rock band in the UK.  

The five song EP features a creative collaboration with Rancid's bandleader Tim Armstrong on the song "Bruises" which was produced by John Feldmann (ofGoldfinger). Expect to hear influences of punk, pop, reggae, folk, dubstep, and dance throughout the music.
