The Band Perry Scores 2013 American Music Award Nomination

Superstar sibling trio The Band Perry was nominated for an American Music Award yesterday in the Favorite Band, Duo Or Group, Country category.

In 2011, the award-winning trio was nominated for the Sprint New Artist of the Year; Favorite Band, Duo or Group, Country and Favorite Country Album for their platinum certified debut self-titled album. Since releasing their 2010 self-titled debut album, The Band Perry has also been nominated for multiple ACM, CMA, and CMT Music awards, and has earned Teen Choice, ACA, Billboard Music Awards, and Grammy Award nominations.

The 2013 American Music Awards will be handed out at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, CA onSunday, November 24, 2013 and will be broadcast live on ABC at 8PM EST / PST (check local listings).
