Hailed by BroadwayWorld.com as "the vocal wonder from down under," Australian singing sensation The Ten Tenors has returned to the U.S. with a new show, "The Ten Tenors on Broadway," that comes to the Gallo Center for the Arts at 7:30 pm on Thursday, February 20.

Tickets for the concert range in price from $19 to $69, and may be purchased online at www.galloarts.org, by calling (209) 338-2100, or from the Gallo Center ticket office at 1000 I Street in downtown Modesto.

In the show the tenors will perform some of the best loved theatrical showstoppers in Broadway history, including "Impossible Dream" from "Man of La Mancha," "Music of the Night" from "Phantom of the Opera" and "Bring Him Home" from "Les Miserables," among numerous others.

The Ten Tenors blend opera, rock and pop to create a sound that is uniquely theirs. They have performed on four continents, and have shared stages with Lionel Ritchie, Rod Stewart, Andrea Boccelli, Alanis Morissette, Willie Nelson and Christina Aguilera. During previous U.S. tours, The Ten Tenors have won rave review from critics as well as fans. The Los Angeles Times noted that "the cluster of high voices generates pure electricity and undeniable drama," while the Arizona Daily Star commented, "It is breathtaking listening to these ten crystalline voices come together as if they were one."

Alfred Matthews and Beard Land and Investment Company are the sponsors of "The Ten Tenors on Broadway."
