Teen social media sensation Caroline Dare is celebrating the release of her self-penned debut EP, 'Me.' The six tracks, available today on iTunes and other digital retailers, were produced by recording artist turned studio master, Greg Bates, whose impressive Nashville debut landed him in the Billboard Top 5 with his Big Machine Label Group release "Did It For The Girl." The EP showcases her soothing vocals and impressive songwriting skills well beyond her years. Preview the EP exclusively now on Got Country HERE

Producer Greg Bates explains: "Caroline is the perfect combination of honesty and talent. In the studio, she was intent on keeping the integrity of the songs, as well as the stories that they were written about. Her ability to paint a real life picture using just a guitar and a pen remind me of the songwriting prowess of Sheryl Crow, while her voice and melodies keep one foot solidly in current female country music. She has worked hard for these songs and it was an honor for me to be a small part of her journey!"

As an independent artist, Dare has successfully grown her following thanks to her dedication to her online community. At just 16-years old, she has already opened for the likes of The Band Perry, Chris Young, Uncle Kracker, Kellie Pickler, Montgomery Gentry & has performed at notable venues and festivals such as The Bluebird Café, Eddie's Attic, Downtown Disney, MerleFest, & The Coca Cola 600 Speed Street Festival. Notable features include Taylor Guitars "Player of The Week" & Nashville Songwriters Association International's "One To Watch" songwriter on the rise.

Dare will be performing a track off of the new EP this coming Monday, April 17th in her home state of North Carolina on WITN NBC Greenville.

Nashville fans can tune into WSMV NBC's TODAY IN NASHVILLE to catch Dare perform alongside Greg Bates on Tuesday, May 2nd.
