Reissue of George Michael's Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1 Out 10/20

This Friday, October 20th, the late George Michael will inspire a new generation to Listen Without Prejudice upon the reissue of his second solo album Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1, in various vinyl and digital editions.

Arranged, produced and almost completely written by George Michael himself, the album solidified George's role as a pioneer in the music industry and defined his fearless persistence to follow his instincts and halt all traditional "pop star promotions" upon its release. As a result, George decided to forgo his role on the cover of the album, withdraw his role in media relations, and call upon the world's top models as the faces of the later iconic Freedom '90 music video. While George set unforseen boundaries and broke barriers among industry professionals, he gained the artistic freedom he craved whilst timeless lyrics spoke for themselves. Notable songs include: Praying For Time and Mother's Pride, to the intimate Cowboys & Angels, via the autobiographical Freedom! '90.

The album reissue precedes the official Showtime airing of 'George Michael: Freedom;' this weekend.
