Photographer Debra L. Rothenberg to Sign Copies of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN IN FOCUS Book at Rock Paper Photo Gallery, 1/15

The acclaimed Bruce Springsteen coffee table book that's been a holiday season hit for fans around the world is coming to life in New York City, just one day following the release The Boss' latest album, High Hopes.

Bruce Springsteen IN FOCUS 1980-2012: Photographs by Debra L. Rothenberg (Turn the Page Publishing), will be celebrated in New York with a Book signing & Photo Exhibit featuring the best of the 276 Springsteen photos from the award-winning photographer's new 200-page book. The FREE event is Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Rock Paper Photo Pop-Up Gallery, part of Gallery 151, 132 W. 18th St., betw. 6th & 7th Aves., from 6-8 p.m.

No Depression, in its review of the book, says Rothenberg's images of Springsteen performing at the 2012 Light of Day Festival "are some of the most warm, relaxed looking photos of him ever published."

Bruce Springsteen IN FOCUS 1980-2012 is an unparalleled collection of memorable and iconic Springsteen photography from a perspective only "Jersey Girl" Rothenberg could offer. Selected by the Wall Street Journal as one of its "Best Photo Books for Fall," called "amazing" by the New York Daily News, this "impressive" (ABC News Radio) book is a must for all fans, chronicling The Boss from "The River" Tour to "The Wrecking Ball" Tour and many Jersey Shore haunts in-between. Through more than three decades of concert tours in national and international arenas and stadiums, as well as impromptu Jersey Shore club appearances at the legendary Stone Pony in Asbury Park, the Rum Runner in Sea Bright, and Cheers in Long Branch, Rothenberg has created what the Hollywood Reportercalls "the ultimate look at a man who ... is 'always grinning' whenever he is captured in his happy place - the stage." The book also has received major coverage from RollingStone.com, LA Weekly and Sirius XM, among others.

A portion of proceeds from all book sales go to the Alzheimers Association (www.alz.org), Parkinsons Disease research (www.lightofday.org), and breast cancer research (www.nationalbreastcancer.org).
