A staple on the country music charts, the duo of Montgomery Gentry is bringing its hard-driving image and a string of hit songs to the Gallo Center for the Arts on Thursday, August 14. Curtain is at 7:30 pm.

Tickets for the concert range price from $39 to $89, and may be purchased online at www.galloarts.org, by calling 209-338-2100, or from the Gallo Center ticket office at 1000 I Street in downtown Modesto.

The Kentucky natives-Eddie Montgomery is from Lancaster and Troy Gentry is from Lexington-burst onto the national scene in 1999 with "Hillbilly Shoes," a single off their debut album, "Tattoos and Scars." Since then Montgomery Gentry has scored fourteen Top 10 singles, including five #1 hits: "Something To Be Proud Of," "If You Ever Stop Loving Me," Lucky Man," "Back When I Knew It All" and "Roll With Me."
