Elektra recording artist Marina And The Diamonds has revealed a new series of North American dates on her ongoing "Lonely Hearts Club" headline tour. Powered by SOL REPUBLIC, the trek -- which celebrates her critically acclaimed second album, "ELECTRA HEART" -- gets underway December 3rd at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre and then continues through mid-December. Joining Marina on the dates will be Swedish electropop sensations Icona Pop. For complete details and ticket information, please visitwww.marinaandthediamonds.com/live.htm.

"I am thrilled to announce that I will be partnering up with SOL REPUBLIC headphones to bring the 'Lonely Hearts Club' tour back to my American fans for Christmas," says Marina. "I can't wait to see you all again. 'Til December, Diamonds!"

As if that weren't enough, Marina And The Diamonds has also announced plans to join Kathie Lee & Hoda for a 4th-hour live performance on NBC'sTODAY, slated for Wednesday, December 5th (check local listings).

The upcoming "Lonely Hearts Club" dates follow Marina And The Diamonds' sold out summer headline tour, not to mention her leading role as main support on Coldplay's huge world tour. In addition to an array of European stadium shows, Marina served as support on a number of North American arena dates, including two night stands in Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, and East Rutherford, New Jersey.

In other news, "How To Be A Heartbreaker" has been unveiled as the latest single from "ELECTRA HEART." The track -- produced by Dr. Luke & Cirkut and Benny Blanco -- is impacting multi-format radio outlets now, while its companion video clip has just premiered exclusively via AOL Music. Watch "How To Be A Heartbreaker" now at http://youtu.be/vKNcuTWzTVw.

A chart-topping phenomenon in her native UK, "ELECTRA HEART," which was written and recorded in London and Los Angeles, sees Marina collaborating with a handpicked group of songwriters and producers made up of studio superstars Dr. Luke (Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj), Rick Nowels (Cee Lo Green, Lykke Li), Liam Howe (Sneaker Pimps, Lana Del Rey), Greg Kurstin (The Shins, Kelly Clarkson) and Diplo (Beyoncé, M.I.A.). Songs like "Primadonna" and "Homewrecker" see Marina truly reaching her full potential as an outstanding songwriting talent and dazzling pop performer, an uncompromising spirit who singlehandedly fashions the ideas for her artwork, videos, website content and striking live performances.

The album received international applause upon its release earlier this year. BBC Music praised its balance of "the ironic and the heartfelt, the quirky and the mainstream, the real and the fake with remarkable aplomb," while Entertainment Weekly declared that Marina "rivals Katy Perry for catchy hooks, commands with the swagger of Gwen Stefani, and even comes close to the ethereal vocal exhilaration of Florence Welch."

"ELECTRA HEART" follows Marina And The Diamonds' extraordinary debut album, "THE FAMILY JEWELS," which made a remarkable #2 entry ontoBillboard's "Top New Artist Albums" chart upon its 2009 release. The album also received ecstatic coverage in a wide array of US media outlets, including VogueInterviewFaderTeen VogueSpinNylonElleMarie ClaireThe New York Times, and innumerable others. Marina followed the album's release with nearly non-stop international touring, with countless festival performances and headline tours to her credit. In addition to reams of positive press attention, Marina was among the big winners at the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards, taking home the prestigious "Best UK & Ireland Act," while also scoring a nomination as "Best European Act."
