Lea Salonga & Sierra Boggess Record New Tracks For Charity Compilation Album

Legendary leading lady Lea Salonga and rising musical theatre superstar Sierra Boggess have recorded two tracks for an upcoming charity compilation album to benefit Children In Need set for release in 2014 the composers confirmed with BroadwayWorld exclusively earlier today.

Forthcoming Richard Burton biomusical creators Dan and Laura Curtis have penned the two tunes with lyricist Bill Russell, whose musical SIDE SHOW is currently preparing for a revised, rewritten revival premiere in San Diego later this year.

Specifically, Salonga recorded a song called "Wish That I Could Call You" while Boggess has recorded a track titled "You Caught Me Off Guard".

Previously, Dan and Laura Curtis have found success with their recent charity single performed by popular theatre performer Ramin Karimloo, also to benefit Children In Need, titled "Why Am I Falling".
