Kix Brooks Set for St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights Concert Series, 7/31
Kix Brooks - one half of country's most decorated duo of all time - delivers his chart-topping music to the St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights concert series on Thursday, July 31. The concert, presented by Park City Institute, starts at 7 p.m. (gates open at 5:30 p.m.) at Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Lawn and reserved seating tickets are available.
The multifaceted entertainer continues his career as a solo touring/recording artist while simultaneously exploring new paths. He recently added lead actor to his already extensive resume, which also includes three-time CMA "National Broadcast Personality of The Year" winner for his radio show American Country Countdown, host of his Kickin¹ It with Kix radio show five nights a week, co-owner of Nashville¹s award-winning winery Arrington Vineyards and columnist for Country Weekly.
In his relatively new role as a solo front man, the cowboy-hatted Brooks continues to deliver downhome music with a "hard rocking, gritty feel" (Florida Times-Union). And he maintains his beloved "sense of humor, his everyman singing voice, and his cowboy swagger" (All Music Guide) at every energy-packed show.
All St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights concerts take place at Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Lawn and reserved tickets as well as summer season punch cards are available at the Park City Institute Box Office at The Mega Genius Supply Store and IQ HQ (435 Swede Alley, Park City), via phone at 435-655-3114 or online at www.bigstarsbrightnightsConcerts.org. Discounted tickets are available for children (under age 16) as well as seniors (age 62 and older).
Gates open 90-minutes before show time. Coolers are permitted and a nine-inch chair height restriction (i.e. you shouldn't be able to roll a basketball under the seat) is enforced. Concerts will be held rain or shine.
