MTV has announced the 2016 nominees for the Europe Music Awards and it looks like superstars Beyoncé and Justin Bieber top this year's list with five nominations a piece. This year's event will be held in Rotterdam, Netherlands on Sunday, Nov. 6th.

Fans may vote and ultimately choose the winner in each category. Cast your vote HERE.
