Chart-topping international pop star and onetime West End player Jessie J recounts a horrific mishap that occurred while performing in the original production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jim Steinman's WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND as well as sheds some light on the recent wardrobe malfunction experienced by her "Bang Bang" trio partner Nicki Minaj at this week's VMAs as part of a new interview.

J appeared on Fashion Police this week to discuss the fashion trends of the Emmys and VMAs and discussed her performance alongside Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, the latter whose dress mistakenly opened during their performance.

J recalled of the VMAs performance, "I think it was a zipper issue - that's it. I kind of liked it!"

Furthermore, J shared of her memories of incurring injuries in WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND as a child, "When I was 9, I did a back-flip off the stage by accident."

J elaborates, "I stepped forward, doing the dance... and fell off; cut the orchestra conductor's hand open."

"The audience started cheering - they thought it was part of the show," J remembers.

J humorously concludes, "My name was Brat, so now in the musical theatre world I'm known as Brat Pit."
